Carlsen-Ding Liren 1-0
Carlsen zagrał bezbłędnie. Poświęcił hetmana po którym to ruchu był nieunikniony mat.
Ding nie dostrzegł jednego ruchu, a dokładnie tego ruchu, poświęcenia hetmana. To błąd na poziomie amatorskim. I stało się to w normalnym czasie, nie w Armagedonie, w którym może zdarzyć się wszystko, nawet na poziomie mistrzów świata. Remis był bezproblemowy, pokazujemy go. Zamiast ruchu 29…Wb2 po którym nastąpiło 30.H:h7, należało grać proste 29… h6. Mamy również po tym ruchu wygraną w 67 ruchu. Piłka jest okrągła. Wygląda na to, że szachy też.

Moja najnowsza książka Strategia szachowa dla przyszłych mistrzów jest od niedawna dostępna sympatykom szachów i na narazie jest jeszcze trudno przewidzieć „sukces” jej sprzedaży.
Cieszy mnie jednak to, że publikacja została już pozytywnie przyjęta przez jej Czytelników. Otrzymałem uwagi, że trafiłem w sedno problematyki gry pozycyjnej, a to jest dość często niedoceniane przez młodzież.
Z tym się zgadzam, gdyż o tym mogłem się przekonać już na mojej pierwszej sesji Młodzieżowej Akademii Szachowej w Zakopanem (2-10.10. 1999).
Pisałem już o tym w kilku publikacjach, także na blogu, iż udało mi się w pełni zrealizować jedną z moich metod treningowych na temat struktur pionkowych.
Zajęciom przygląda się kierownik sesji Ryszard Bernard. Na pierwszym planie widać Radosława Wojtaszka i Katarzynę Tomę.
Oto fragment mojego artykułu, który ukazał się w miesięczniku „Szachista” (listopad 2001).
Natomiast wcześciej, wkrótce po zakończeniu sesji, opracowałem podsumujący materiał i wysłałem wszystkim uczestnikom mojej grupy.
Na kolejnych sesjach nie udało się mi przeprowadzić podobnych ćwiczeń z powodu braku zegarów oraz odpowiedniego pomieszczenia, za co odpowiedzialny był kierownik zgrupowań Marek Matlak.
